I am a sound and energy healer, musician and compassionate communication consultant born and raised in Costa Rica. 

For the past 6 years I have been dedicated to the healing arts working in collaboration with internationally renowned retreat leaders at centers like Costa Rica Yoga Spa, Bodhi Tree, Blue Spirit and more. 

 

I have accompanied my clients to find deeper healing, meaning, and heart-connection through sound, energy clearing and communication skills that allow them to fully integrate the healing work into their everyday life. 

 

The experiences that I offer have been described as “life-changing” and “grounding”. 

 

I guide beautifully relaxing, intentional soundbaths using singing bowls, percussion, vocals, and many more sounds that transport the listener into their inner world. 

 

My mission is to help guide people back to themselves, to connect with their personal power through sound, energy and intuitive healing.

I also accompany people to learn how to cultivate emotional self awareness and advocate for their needs with a communication style rooted in connection, care and compassion.
